Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Online e-commerce conversions are relatively low (typically 2-5%) so, although a 0.25% increase may not sound a lot, it makes a big difference when applied to millions of visitors each day. We work with you to understand your business objectives, identify opportunities and determine key focus areas for research through quantitative and qualitative analysis. We recruit existing customers to undertake tasks and scenarios developed by us to uncover problem areas and test creative designs. Specialist software, cameras and mobile applications are used to collect, log and observe responses in real time. We also interview participants to gather qualitative information to complement the observations from the live testing. Test results are then analysed and compiled into a report with prioritised recommendations based on the research findings.
