Parkers wanted its digital presence to reflect its refreshed brand identity and support the next stage of the business’s evolution. To support this, we designed and developed a new website aligned with the company’s brand guidelines, creating an engaging information hub that brings the new brand to life online while laying the foundations for future eCommerce growth.
Alongside the website, we developed the Treehouse Loyalty app, a loyalty programme inspired by the belief that mighty oaks grow from tiny acorns. Rather than focusing on large, one-off rewards, Treehouse encourages regular engagement through personalised vouchers, exclusive offers and everyday benefits that build over time. Customers can collect digital coffee beans towards free drinks, access the latest updates and offers, and enjoy a convenient hub designed to encourage repeat visits and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
Powered by our Response Works platform, Treehouse enables Parkers to deliver more personalised customer experiences while rewarding the small interactions that help customer relationships grow.
