The Padel Club wanted to create more than just a booking app; it wanted to build a thriving community that keeps players connected both on and off the court.

To support this, we developed a bespoke loyalty and community app, fully integrated with Playtomic and powered by our ResponseWorks platform, bringing together bookings, rewards, club updates, promotional campaigns and member engagement in a single digital hub known as The Society.

Through a custom-built check-in system, players automatically earn points every time they play, encouraging participation while strengthening connections across the community. Supported by campaign creative, posters and marketing assets, the app delivers a seamless digital experience that rewards loyalty, increases engagement and gives players more reasons to return to the court.
