We worked with Soul Padel to create a smart loyalty app, giving people another reason to book with them for their next game. It integrates with Playtomic, the booking system of choice for Padel players, allowing customers to book directly into Playtomic via the app then gain the rewards through Soul Mates.
It can also send automated booking reminders.
With tiered loyalty rewards, Soul Padel players can now:
- Earn points every time they step on court. Everyone earns even if they were not the lead booker.
- Redeem points for free future play and other exclusive goodies.
- Climb community tiers and unlock perks.
- Give back by donating unused rewards to a chosen cause.
